Description
The Fish Haul Creek Park, also known as Mitchellville Freedom Park, is a beautiful park in Hiltion Head Island, South Carolina, USA. This boardwalk over a salt marsh leads to a covered gazebo with a view of the Port Royal Sound. Mitchelville was a town built during the American Civil War for escaped slaves. It was named for one of the local Union Army generals, Ormsby M. Mitchel.
